Terms and conditions

1. A customer, who holds a HSBC credit card as listed below, as a credit cardholder and whose credit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils subsequent related terms and conditions of the merchant offers, shall be eligible to participate in this merchant offer.
i. HSBC Live+ Credit Card (issued by HSBC in Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam);
ii. HSBC Cash Back Credit Card (issued by HSBC in India);
iii. HSBC Visa Platinum Cash Back Credit Card (issued by HSBC in Indonesia);
iv. HSBC Advance Visa Platinum Credit Card (issued by HSBC in Malaysia);
v. HSBC Platinum Visa Rebate Credit Card (issued by HSBC Philippines);
vi. HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card (issued by HSBC Singapore);
vii. HSBC Visa Platinum Online Credit Card (issued by HSBC Vietnam).
2. Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC credit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
3. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
5. The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between [HSBC Taiwan] and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at [HSBC Taiwan]’s sole discretion and for which [HSBC Taiwan] is solely responsible and liable.
6. HSBC is not the supplier of the products and/or services hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim or costs suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder or any other person in relation to or in connection with the same in any manner whatsoever.
7. The Merchant and HSBC reserve the right to vary any of these terms and conditions, or to withdraw this Promotion, at any time in their discretion without prior notice.

9. The Promotion offers a 15% discount at 初 CHU Bakery, which needs to be requested upon reservation, ordering or prior to settling the bill.
10. The Promotion is valid from 31 October 2024 to 31 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

12. To enjoy the Promotion, please indicate that you would like to enjoy this Promotion during reservation and/or prior to ordering and present eligible HSBC Card to merchant during ordering.

14. The Promotion is valid for dine-in only.
15. Maximum discount cap of NTD1,000 before applicable service charge and taxes in a single receipt applies.
16. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, such as set meal discounts and seasonal promotions by the merchant, etc. This offer is only valid for dine-in meals and does not include alcoholic beverages, set meals, special discounted items, private rooms, events, special project dining, or retail items.
17. The Promotion is not applicable during on special holidays and consecutive holidays, including Christmas Eve and Day (12/24-12/25), New Year’s Eve (12/31), New Year’s Day (1/1), Lunar New Year period (1/23-2/2), 228 Memorial Day (2/28), Tomb-Sweeping Day holiday (4/5-4/8), Mother’s Day weekend (5/10-5/11), Dragon Boat Festival holiday (5/30-6/1), Father’s Day dinner (8/8), Qixi Festival dinner (8/29) and National Day (10/10). The Merchant reserves the right to impose additional blackout dates without prior notice.
18. Once bill is paid, Cardholders will not be able to dispute the bill and claim for any discount and/or refund post-payment.
