Terms and conditions

1. A customer, who holds a HSBC credit card as listed below, as a credit cardholder and whose credit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils subsequent related terms and conditions of the merchant offers, shall be eligible to participate in this merchant offer.
i. HSBC Live+ Credit Card (issued by HSBC in Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam);
ii. HSBC Cash Back Credit Card (issued by HSBC in India);
iii. HSBC Visa Platinum Cash Back Credit Card (issued by HSBC in Indonesia);
iv. HSBC Advance Visa Platinum Credit Card (issued by HSBC in Malaysia);
v. HSBC Platinum Visa Rebate Credit Card (issued by HSBC Philippines);
vi. HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card (issued by HSBC Singapore);
vii. HSBC Visa Platinum Online Credit Card (issued by HSBC Vietnam).
2. Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC credit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
3. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
5. The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between [HSBC Taiwan] and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at [HSBC Taiwan]’s sole discretion and for which [HSBC Taiwan] is solely responsible and liable.
6. HSBC is not the supplier of the products and/or services hereunder and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim or costs suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder or any other person in relation to or in connection with the same in any manner whatsoever.
7. The Merchant and HSBC reserve the right to vary any of these terms and conditions, or to withdraw this Promotion, at any time in their discretion without prior notice.

9. The Promotion offers a 15% discount at 二階 Nikai, which needs to be requested upon reservation, ordering or prior to settling the bill.
10. The Promotion is valid from 31 Oct 2024 to 31 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

12. To enjoy the Promotion, please indicate that you would like to enjoy this Promotion during reservation and/or prior to ordering and present eligible HSBC Card to merchant during ordering.
13. Booking and cancellation penalty apply as per restaurant’s website.
14. The Promotion is valid for dine-in only, applicable on lunch/dinner set menus only.
15. Minimum spending of NTD3,800 before applicable service charge and taxes in a single receipt applies.
16. The Promotion is limited to 1 redemption per eligible card, per visit. No splitting of bill is allowed, be it through separate tables or orders.
17. The Promotion is not applicable on any a la carte/ beverage menu, including alcoholic beverages/ a la carte items/ afternoon tea set/gift boxes, or non set menu items nor in conjunction with other promotions, discount cards, promotional vouchers, VIP cards, and/or membership privileges, unless otherwise stated.
18. The Promotion is not applicable on entire Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas season, Valentine’s Day etc. Merchant reserves the right to impose blackout dates without prior notice.
19. Once bill is paid, Cardholders will not be able to dispute the bill and claim for any discount and/or refund post-payment.
